Dear Residents,
You are invited to attend the Spatial Development Framework meeting where the City reviews the District Plans for our area. During November and December the City will commence with a comprehensive engagement process to explain the process and how residents can contribute to this process. It is very important that all residents give their input on how our immediate surroundings should be developed. If we do not give our input then the City can decide what infrastructure is developed in our area. For example: development of high density housing, public open spaces, roads, economic opportunities, etc.
We are part of the Northern District (areas north of the N1 from Ward 70 up to Kraaifontein, including Brackenfell, Wallacedene and Bloekombos).
